This special project, based on the Mimì 8.5 Classic model, demonstrates that Mimì boats can be customized to individual needs thanks to their entirely handcrafted production philosophy. As Pluvinda, just like with the Vakko L’Atelier boat, we are able to implement solutions not found in standard boats; in this project, we integrated 6 refrigerators into the boat, which normally does not have one, providing a total cooling capacity of 480 liters. This allows the boat to be specially designed for the sale of cakes and ice cream. Handcrafted Mimì boats offer the possibility of completely custom production, including interior design and technical equipment, making each project unique.
